Scott has received a Certificate of Foundation Visual Arts in 1998, Diploma of Glass Design and Production in 2001 from Wanganui Regional Community Polytechnic in New Zealand.
In 1998, Scott had his first show " 8 " at Wanganui, New Zealand. Since then Scott had many shows in New Zealand.
Moved to Australia in 2002, Scott has developed his works with cold working techniques. Using many types of Diamond wheels to cut surface deeply to creat reflection from inside to outside.
Using soft colours inside, dark colours outside with cold worked is very affective.
